Testful is building a web app that enables advanced website monitoring without the need for coding skills. Variant helped the company's team acquire a deep understanding of their target audience, and subsequently design the user interface of the web application.

Approach
In the span of six weeks, Variant conducted interviews and focus groups around the question: "how might we improve the usability of monitoring tools?". We created customer personas to gain an intuitive understanding of the audience, and user stories to identify the most important functionalities. Finally, we used design sprints to prototype, test, and design the user interface of the web application.
