We are exploring ways to enhance knowledge bases and customer portals with artificial intelligence (AI). Conversational AI can enhance on-site search functionality and provide access to existing knowledge through websites, mobile apps, and messaging platforms.

The Experiment
After assisting the company in defining the core functionalities of their customer support platform, we will create a prototype for a conversational AI that leverages the existing knowledge base. We will also explore how to process user requests to generate structured data for the company’s future use.
